LUBRO Auctioneers was founded in 2010 by Keith and Germaine Lutchmia when they identified an opportunity and a void in the Auction Market.
Their main focus in this regard has been to make inroads into the property auction market, as a platform to establishing a fully fledged Auction House.
Keith Lutchmia is an Admitted Attorney with 10 years experience in the field of liquidations, conveyancing, commercial contracts and deceased estate administration. He also has training in the financial services sector undertaken during his stint at Old Mutual. Keith also spent two years at the South African Revenue Services as well as briefly acting as Legal Manager in the Home Loans Recovery Department at Standard Bank of South Africa. During his professional career Keith Identified the need for people to dispose of property/ assets in a manner that afforded them their dignity and allowed them an opportunity to make a fresh start. Such property/ asset disposals also needed to be made within the shortest possible time and in the most efficient manner in order to yield the best possible returns. The traditional model of private treaty sales/ asset disposal falls short in this regard for various obvious reasons. The Auction Model of property/ asset disposal is by far the best possible vehicle to use in order to achieve the said results.
Germaine Lutchmia is a businessman and qualified electronics engineer with extensive experience in the building and hardware environment. His interaction with people in all spheres of his professional career afforded him the vision to recognise the Auction Model as a sustainable and efficient business model. Germaine has always been passionate about helping people help themselves and is devoted to the solutions provided through the Auction Model.
